We went on January 17 and stayed 3 nights. In short, a delightful,
charming hotel, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable and
very close to St. Marks Square. For a 3-Star hotel very good.
It is showing signs now of wear and tear but we enjoyed our
stay. The breakfast room is small (about 5 tables) but the breakfast
was more extensive than expected, with choice of cereal, fresh
rolls and croissants, yoghurt, toast, juice, jams etc. and the
coffee is delicious! Different types of tea too. Our room smelled
somewhat of old cigarette smoke but we managed to ignore it.
It was great and convenient to have both a minibar and a safe
in the room. For anyone who is seeking a low-budget hotel but
still wants to stay somewhere nice, this is it! However, a word
of caution, they have no lift. There is no restaurant either,
but there are so many around the area they don\'t need one.
Their instructions on how to get there are very very good, just
remember though that once you get to the right street, don\'t
look for a hotel, look for a glass door with the name on it,
between two shops. As you turn the corner into from Calle Marzo
XXII into Calle del Correghe, it\'s straight ahead of you
